Fresh Ginger & Lemongrass Tea, a perfect warm-up on a cold winter’s night!
Finely grated fresh ginger (about 3cms) and a couple of thin slices placed into your favourite mug/cup or even jar (we won’t judge), along with some boiling water, a quick squeeze of lemon juice, a couple of stalks of lemon grass – cut to the height of your vessel (still tastes good without it if you don’t have any) and add spoon of honey to sweeten as you like. The most warming and relaxing evening drink.
